Volunteer Grand Prize Raffle

 

Dear Baystate Team Members,

We no longer have a Bike Raffle, so the Board has been working to replace it with another Grand Prize Raffle.  We are working with our sponsors to provide awesome raffle items. To qualify for the Raffle Grid will be the same as in the past.

 

IT’S SIMPLE to QUALIFY!  Here’s How!!

 

To qualify – you must be a member of Bay State Triathlon Team, volunteer at either of these Bay State specified races.

 

Season Opener – Sunday, May 18th

Patriot Half – Saturday, June 14th

(you MUST volunteer at one of these races in order to qualify and gain additional entries)

To Volunteer, you must sign up for one of the races using the race's Volunteer Registration Page.

 

If you cannot volunteer for Season Opener or Patriot, have no fear.  We have added additional opportunities.  To get on the Raffle Grid you will have to volunteer at a minimum of two other races on the race series.

 

Additional Volunteer Opportunities (Will receive ADDITIONAL ENTRIES PER RACE): 

 

• Each time you race in a Bay State Series Event you will receive another entry to the Raffle Grid.

• Our sponsors depend on volunteers throughout the season to put on their races successfully. For the 2025 season, whichever male & female member complete the most volunteering opportunities throughout the season will receive a special award to be announced at the season ending party (trust us, it's worth it!).
